Exhibitor Description
Our CNC milling and lathe shop process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 1 day.
Our shop use 3-axis and 5-axis milling processes to manufacture parts from plastics and metals.
We use our CNC lathe with live tooling, Y axis and sub-spindle so features like axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots can be machined.
Gradient Design and Engineering is ISO 9001 and AS9100D Certified and provide with first article inspection (FAI) reporting, material certifications, and additional finishing options like heat treatment, anodizing, chromate plating, gold/silver plating and powder coating.
